Happy Monday everyone. I hope you’ve had a nice weekend and a great Monday. I’ve had such a relaxing weekend which has been a long time coming. The past 2 weeks I’ve been out on Saturday night so last week I had it in mind that I would just have a chilled weekend.

Friday evening, I got home from work and went to the gym. I planned to do some cardio so I downloaded the 2nd episode of Killing Eve and watched it which running on the treadmill. I know I’m a bit late to the party with this programme and it’s already been and gone but I thought I would use this as a good opportunity to catch up. When I got home, I actually sat down on the sofa to watch the 3rd episode because I was already hooked!

Saturday morning, I got up and went to the gym. This time, I did a bit of cardio and some hit sessions which I love. I’ve really got into hit training as it’s quite fun and you can mix it up every time. I love combining different exercises together in a circuit and giving myself 30 seconds to do each one before repeating it.

When I got home from the gym, I sat myself down on the sofa with my laptop and planned all of my November blog posts. I love days like this. It was so productive and I got so much done. I worked through to 7pm as my cousins turned up and we’d planned to go and watch the fireworks over my local park. Unfortunately, the rain was getting heavier so we decided to stay in the warm and order a takeaway instead. After our dinner, I drove to Sam’s as he was on his way back from an FA Cup game against Accrington Stanley.

Sunday morning me and Sam got up and layed on the sofa for most of the day watching the football and working on my laptop. I actually really enjoy watching the football and I utilised this time to go through all my emails. We were such slobs, we ordered some food and stayed indoors until about 3pm when I went home. I never have weekends like this so it was actually quite nice to sit down and relax for once.

On my way home from Sam’s, I called my Brother and asked him if he wanted to go swimming down the gym. When I got in, I packed a bag and we went to David Lloyd for a few hours. Ted had some rings that we threw to the bottom of the pool and gave each other different challenges to complete. After, we did a bit of swimming and Ted swam 2 lengths and I was so proud of him! He’s doing so well with his swimming and it’s getting really confident. We said we would like to go swimming together quite often so maybe this Sunday we’ll go again.

Last night we didn't have a roast like usual as my family had left over Chinese instead. I just put something little in the microwave as I was still feeling full up from lunch. We watched some TV and then put on David Attenborough’s Dynasties. I love nature programmes and it was nice sitting down and watching it altogether.

I hope you have a great week ahead!
